DeliveryFor Illustrations and Animations
• Completed work will be delivered via Vgen
• Commissions delivered via Vgen should be available indefinitely.For L2D Models
• Completed work will be delivered via Google Drive.
• If your rigger finds that they require extra cutting to be done, I will accept one revision. (I.e. your rigger can note everything that they need fixed and I will comply). Anything after will incur and additional revision fee.

• Artwork separated into lineart + colors will cost less than a flat image• PSD processing includes anything to do with cleaning up and making a l2d psd workable for your rigger.
(e.g. renaming/translating layers, sorting parts into proper folders, cleaning up stray pixels, centering the artwork, redrawing any parts necessary, etc.)

general
1The artist reserves the right to deny a request of commission if they feel it fit.
2The client is responsible for providing clear references.
3The artist reserves the right to publicly stream progress or display completed works.
4If the client wishes to keep it private for any reason, they must state so when requesting. In this case, there will be a privacy fee.
5 Privacy fees will cover for up to 3 months after delivery unless an NDA has been signed. Should the project require being kept private past those 3 months, however it must be negotiated and agreed upon with the artist.
payments & refund policy
1The artist reserves the right to refund a commission under any circumstance.
2There are no refunds provided at sudden request. In the case of the artist is unable to complete the commission, a refund will be issued.
3An agreed amount must be paid for before the artist begins work.
4All payments are to be made in USD through paypal invoice or Vgen payments.
revisions
1Major revisions are only accepted during; 1. Concept stage or 2. Clean up stage
2Minor revisions are okay in moderation.
3Changes to an illustration for something previously approved will incur a fee.
deadlines and deliveries
1Depending on how close a deadline is, there may be a rush fee.
2Unless there IS a deadline set, the artist will take time in insure a quality delivery.
3These are commissions for DIGITAL artwork, no physical products will be provided.
4General turn around time will be 1 week - 6 months. Any delays will be communicated.
copyright & use
1The artist (Merl) reserves all rights to the illustrated piece. Therefore the artist may use the artwork to:
• Promote their services
• Post it on their social medias
• Use artwork for inspired or derived other illustrations.2 The Client may use the illustrated piece for:
• Personal use unless agreed otherwise.
• Upload the completed illustration to their social medias if credited accordingly and visibly. (In this case, merlmemoria @ twitter.)
• Use the completed illustration for promotion of their content creation if credited accordingly and visibly. (In this case, merlmemoria @ twitter.)3 For Commercial use, please contact me directly via Dms or Email.
Commercial use includes:
• Merchandising
• Subscription rewards
• Any sort of trade for monetary value
It does not include full rights to the piece.4Do not upload my artwork into any websites that involve AI or NFT usage.
5I do not condone the use of my art for any sort of AI or NFTs, nor will I work with or for such.
6The commissioned piece must not be edited in any way unless explicit permission is granted.
l2d specific terms
1Client reserves the right to have the model rigged, to use the model for streaming and to use the model to make monetized and unmonetized content.
2Client may not resell model at a profitable rate
3In the case of reselling, the client must notify the artist upon transfer of rights.
4If the client requires edits made to the model, contact the artist prior to requesting someone else to edit the model. If the artist is unable to take the request, explicit permission to edit the model will be granted.
Failure to follow the ToS stated above will result in being blacklisted permanently.
